Consumer Protection Dogs UK have been supplying tobacco detection dogs for over 8 years. We provide a service throughout the whole of the United Kingdom while operating from the Central Belt in Scotland .

We provide assistance  to the private and professional sector alike. Our clients include organisations such as Trading Standards Officers, HMRC and Police Scotland  all of whom we have assisted in the recovery of counterfeit and illegally imported cigarettes or tobacco.
 
With regard to the Private sector our passive detection dogs can support employers to enforce the  Smoking, Health and Social care (Scotland ) Act 2005 . The dogs are capable of screening staff in the workplace to ensure no tobacco products are being carried onto sites where smoking products are strictly prohibited. We can also carryout covert or overt searches of premises with the view of detecting concealed items of tobacco or cigarettes.
